Misfit Spice Marinade and Rub
Dry Rub
The original idea for Misfit spice was for it to be used as a dry rub. It can pack a flavor punch on Beef, Chicken, and Pork as expected. But don’t be afraid to use it on ground beef or turkey, fish, or vegetarian options. No recipe needed, just shake it on and rub it in!
Marinade
Misfit spice can make a great marinade as well. See below for a starter recipe but marinades are easily customizable depending on your own tastes and what your trying to flavor up. (See picture below with Chicken)
1 oz Misfit Spice
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar (shown below). You can use red wine or cider vinegar as well to change up the flavor.
Combine in a container or freezer bag and add meat. Allow to sit for at least 20 minutes. Depending on the item being marinaded, sitting longer can continue to add more flavor.
