Misfit Fish Tacos
These fish tacos were sent in and they look delicious, we can’t wait to give them a try. They are pescatarian friendly and easily customizable so you can add your favorite side or topping. Outside of a little knife work to get prepped up this is a quick and easy cook time, so it can be a great dish during the middle of a long week. As always see the pictures down below. Slaw:
1/2 head of cabbage- slice thin
1 Carrot- slice thin
1 Lime juiced
3 TBSP Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt and Cilantro to taste.
Combine in a bowl, mix to coat and let sit- stirring occasionally
Fish (any white can be used, Haddock is pictured)
Season both side with Misfit Original (or Bringin’ Heat if you want to spice things up)
Bake skin side down- 350 degrees for 15-20 mins
Plating:
Pick your tortilla of choice: Flour or corn. Add your fish and some slaw
Garish with whatever you prefer. Our customer has some re-fried beans, tomatoes, salsa, and avocado
