Misfit Fish Tacos

These fish tacos were sent in and they look delicious, we can’t wait to give them a try. They are pescatarian friendly and easily customizable so you can add your favorite side or topping. Outside of a little knife work to get prepped up this is a quick and easy cook time, so it can be a great dish during the middle of a long week. As always see the pictures down below. Slaw:

  • 1/2 head of cabbage- slice thin

  • 1 Carrot- slice thin

  • 1 Lime juiced

  • 3 TBSP Rice Vinegar

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

  • Salt and Cilantro to taste.

  • Combine in a bowl, mix to coat and let sit- stirring occasionally

Fish (any white can be used, Haddock is pictured)

  • Season both side with Misfit Original (or Bringin’ Heat if you want to spice things up)

  • Bake skin side down- 350 degrees for 15-20 mins

Plating:

  • Pick your tortilla of choice: Flour or corn. Add your fish and some slaw

  • Garish with whatever you prefer. Our customer has some re-fried beans, tomatoes, salsa, and avocado

  • Enjoy!
