Misfit Game Day Wings

Football is back! Score some points with these crispy and flavorful wings!

Here is what you’ll need:

  • 4 lbs fresh chicken wings (drums/wings separated)

  • 3 TBSP Baking Powder

  • 4 TBSP Misfit Spices

    • Choose your favorite blend!

    • We went with the OG (Original) in this recipe

How to get into the end zone:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425

  2. Line 1 or 2 baking sheets with foil. Then place cooling racks on the baking sheets and spray with olive oil or non-stick spray.

  3. Mix baking powder with Misfit Spices in a bowl.

  4. Pat each chicken wing dry and then coat each in baking powder and spice mixture. Place wings on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 60 minutes, flipping wings halfway through at the 30 minute mark.

  6. Remove wings from the oven and enjoy! SCORE!

    • These wings were great as is, but also delicious tossed in a little wing sauce!

      • We tried a little buffalo sauce on a couple wings and then some garlic parm sauce on a few more. SO CRISPY and yummy!
