Misfit Shrimp w/Misfit Mayo

This was a GREAT meal-prep recipe. It’s simple, quick, and delicious!

We got a 2lb bag of shrimp from our friends at Cold Harbor Seafood & Market in Enfield CT. Once we peeled them, we pat them dry and put in a bowl. We coated them with some Bringin’ Heat Misfit Spices (but you can use any of our other blends and it would be just as tasty). If you want them a little more crispy, also add some flour to coat.

Next, heat a large pan to medium high heat with 2 TSP of oil (olive oil, avocado oil, etc…). Once the pan is hot, add in some shrimp (if you are meal prepping or doing the whole 2lb bag, you will need to do this in batches). Cook shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side.

We served the shrimp with some white rice and edamame. or snap peas. Don’t forget the Misfit Mayo to drizzle on the shrimp when you are enjoying them! To make Misfit Mayo, mix some mayo, Misfit Spices, a little hot sauce (we use Sriracha), and a little water to thin it just slightly for easier drizzling. ENJOY!
