Stuff on Rice

This is an easy, hot, and filling recipe for these cold winter days. We love the flexibility of this as well. You can use ground beef, chicken, sausage, pork, or steak. And for the vegetarians it very easy to go meatless. Also, changing the rice up will provide different flavor combinations.

  • 1 cup of rice- prepare your favorite type of rice. Change it up for a new flavor

  • Saute some veggies- cut up your favorite veggies and saute with just a little oil. We love some onion, mushrooms, and a variety of peppers like Cubanelle, Poblano, Serrano, and Bell. Season with some Misfit Spice while cooking.

  • Cook your meat- Select your meat option and start cooking in a skillet. Chicken, pork or steak cut up into cubes- ground beef or sausage straight into the pan. Season your meat well with Misfit Spice right after adding to your hot pan.

  • When your meat is almost add the veggies and allow both to finish cooking together. Taste and season more if needed.

  • Once your meat if fully cooked add your rice to the pan and stir to combine, remove from heat and serve
