Misfit Duck Breast

What does duck breast taste like? It tastes like heaven. 🥰 Rich, sweet, juicy, melty... think of a cross between the best filet you could ever imagine and chicken thigh.

These plump, ample breasts (sorry, 🤪) were seasoned with @misfitspices Original spice blend, sous vide at 130F for 2 hours and then I seared the skin in a hot cast iron skillet until it was salty, golden goodness. While the duck was getting crispy, I steamed the veggies... and THEN, added them to the rendered duck fat left in the skillet and tossed them with garlic and sundried tomatoes. All veggies should have meat fat on them.🤤🤩
