Simple Marinade

Need a quick and easy marinade with some different flavors? This should do the trick. The customer who submitted this openly admitted they don’t measure much so the amounts below are estimates. Feel free to add more or less to taste

In a gallon freezer bag add the meat or fish being marinaded

  • 1/4 cup of bottled dressing. Simple cheap dressing that doesn’t have a lot in it works best. Balsamic works great on Beef, chicken, and pork. Regular Italian works great all of those as well as fish. Just Olive Oil can be used as well for fish

  • 1-2 TBSP of Misfit Spices

Mix and let marinade for at least 15 minutes

Our customer also mentioned to be careful not to drink and marinate, especially with Bringin’ Heat, or things will get a little to spicy ;) - Thanks Matt
