Do ewe ever crave lamb as baaaadly as I do??🤣😂 BONELESS LAMB LEG ROAST... No fancy adornments. This beauty must be allowed to shine!🤤👍

I gave tender lamb roast a generous rub with @misfitspices Roasted Garlic Mushroom blend and sprigs of fresh rosemary gifted to me by my neighbor across the state, and then put it in a worry-free, hands-off sous vide bath at 138 F for 6 hours. Just before slicing into that medium-rare juicy goodness with my Chef's knife, the roast was given a quick sear in a hot cast iron to char up the outside. 🤤 Easy peasy and oh so dreamy!🥰
