Spicy-Aioli Whole Roasted Cauliflower

Plus, it's quick to prep so it's perfect for a busy weekday. Slather the cauliflower with zesty mayo, roast, and eat.π€€
You can even give the cauliflower head its rubdown the day before and let it marinade until you are ready to roast (it feels like you're giving a head massage to someone with a really lumpy skull... but it looks awesome! π€£).
So, what did I use to get that gorgeous color? Definitely not a blender or messy food processor. π I simply mixed together mayo, lemon juice, sriracha, and @misfitspices Bringin' Heat spice blend in a small bowl with a fork... easy cleanup and no equipment to haul out!π
Because this dish looks cool, tastes even better, and can be served at room temp, it will be a great addition to your next potluck, buffet or BBQ!
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 head of cauliflower
* 1 T avocado oil
* 1.5 cups mayo
* 2 T @misfitspices Bringin' Heat spice blend
* 1 T sriracha
* 1 lemon, juiced
* salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
* Preheat oven to 400F/200C
* Remove any green leaves from the cauliflower and trim the base so it sits flat.
* Place the cauliflower on a parchment lined baking tray and drizzle it with the avocado oil.
* In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients and rub the mixture all over the cauliflower head (including the bottom).
* Cover with foil and roast for 1 hour. Remove the foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes until the surface is crispy and you can easily pierce the cauliflower with a knife.
* Let the cauliflower cool for a few minutes and carve into wedges or slices to serve.
