I haven't had haddock in ages so, when I saw how fresh it was at the store, I had to grab it! The meat is so creamy and light and tastes even better when the crispy skin is kicked-up with @misfitspices Original Misfit Blend. As much as I love using @misfitspices blends on beef, pork, and poultry, they are soooooo tasty on seafood!! Shove your Old Bay to the side and try something that will make your tastebuds go "Wow"!😉
As for those sauteed carrot greens... honestly, not a fan. BUT, I needed the carrots for an upcoming dish and just could not bring myself to toss those healthy edible tops. So... I cooked them up with garlic, butter, and onions and fed them to the husband.🤣😂 Actually, I would totally like these cooked down a bit more and tossed with pasta... or chopped up and added to a bone broth soup. Next time!👍
