Plump, jumbo Gulf shrimp from @pelicanpointseafood were simply seasoned with paprika and @misfitspices Bringin' Heat seasoning and pan-seared in avocado oil. Then, I placed them on a melty mound of @wellleanllc Shirataki Rice (low-carb and almost zero-cal) mixed with garlic, creamy goat cheese, salty parmesan, fresh basil, and tender spinach.😊❤
