Corn on the Cob: 2 Ways
Summertime means grilling and corn on the cob for us! Here are 2 ways we love cooking up corn, using Misfit Spices.
GRILLED
Grab a piece of foil to wrap each ear of corn.
Remove husk from each ear of corn.
On the flat piece of foil, add 2 pats of butter. Place the corn cob on top of the butter.
Add a couple more pats of butter on top of the corn.
Sprinkle generously with your favorite Misfit Spices blend (we love using Original usually).
Wrap each ear of corn securely and place on a hot grill (at medium high heat)
Let cook on grill for about 15 - 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Remove from grill.
CAREFULLY unwrap the foil and add more butter and Misfits to taste. ENJOY!
BOILED
Fill a large pot halfway with water. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add in 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 stick of butter. Add in ears of corn.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Once done, remove from pot, slather with butter and sprinkle with your favorite Misfit Spices.
We used the Garlic Pepper Rub below (last 2 pics).
