Corn on the Cob: 2 Ways

Summertime means grilling and corn on the cob for us! Here are 2 ways we love cooking up corn, using Misfit Spices.

GRILLED

Grab a piece of foil to wrap each ear of corn.

  • Remove husk from each ear of corn.

  • On the flat piece of foil, add 2 pats of butter. Place the corn cob on top of the butter.

  • Add a couple more pats of butter on top of the corn.

  • Sprinkle generously with your favorite Misfit Spices blend (we love using Original usually).

  • Wrap each ear of corn securely and place on a hot grill (at medium high heat)

  • Let cook on grill for about 15 - 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Remove from grill.

  • CAREFULLY unwrap the foil and add more butter and Misfits to taste. ENJOY!

BOILED

  • Fill a large pot halfway with water. Bring to a boil.

  • Once boiling, add in 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 stick of butter. Add in ears of corn.

  • Boil for 10 minutes.

  • Once done, remove from pot, slather with butter and sprinkle with your favorite Misfit Spices.

    • We used the Garlic Pepper Rub below (last 2 pics).
