Misfit Breakfast Tacos

Let’s TACO bout breakfast! We love it at any time of day. Here are some yummy breakfast tacos to kick start your day. Keep in mind, much of this can be personalized based on your preferences :)

  • Grab some small tortillas and place in a damp paper towel. Pop them in the microwave for 30 secs to soften.

  • Cook up you favorite bacon.

  • While bacon is cooking, get those scrambled eggs working. Here, we whisked up egg whites with Misfit Spices Bringin’ Heat.

    • Make sure to whisk the eggs for 30-60 seconds to get a light and fluffy scramble.

    • If you want a little extra creaminess, add a splash of milk while whisking.

  • In a nonstick skillet, melt some butter over medium-high heat until foamy. Add eggs and cook, stirring and scrambling gently with a silicone spatula, until large, fluffy curds form and eggs are fully cooked through, about 3 minutes. Season with Misfit Spices once done for an added kick.

  • Prepare other taco ingredients, like fresh avocado, cheese, etc…

  • Assemble tacos!

    • Add cheese and your cooked bacon to the softened tortillas. Then top with your fluffy eggs. Add toppings like avocado and hot sauce.

  • ENJOY!
