Italian Style Misfit Meatballs

theketogrillguy scored a dozen of these bites from @aldiusa. Here’s how he made these magical meatballs:

“I seasoned them with @misfitspices (Roasted Garlic Mushroom) and then let them smoke in the @webergrills kettle until they hit 150 degrees internal. I then moved them over to a @lodgecastiron with marinara sauce and let them finish cooking. Added some mozzarella and parsley to finish the dish and I’m not mad about this lunch.”
