Quick Cuke & Tomato Misfit Side Salad
Need a refreshing and tasty side salad? This is Sarah’s favorite salad to whip up for lunch or as a side with dinner. Check it out!
Here’s what you’ll need:
Mini cucumbers
Cherry tomatoes
Feta cheese
Capers
EVOO
Misfit Spices Roasted Garlic & Mushroom blend
Optional add-ins: grilled chicken, your favorite deli meat like ham or turkey, avocado, or any other veggies you love!
All you need to do is mix together the ingredients in the amount you’d like with the right ratio or EVOO & Misfit Spices! For a small/medium bowl for one, this typically means 2 or 3 mini cukes, 1/3 pint of cherry tomatoes, 2 TBSP of feta, 1 tsp of capers, 1 TBSP EVOO, and about 2-3 tsp of Misfit Spices.
This salad is versatile and can be scaled up or added to with some protein or additional veggies. ENJOY!
